Combat Conditioning BOOTCAMP - 45 minutes
Guaranteed to get your heart rate in the zone and have you burning calories for the rest of the day. Taking the movements of Muay-Thai and Boxing and pairing them with classic bootcamp exercises, this class is a calorie-busting, strength-building, intense workout that is sure to help you crush your fitness goals.

Come take a break during your workday and get your punch on during the lunch hour!
When it’s mid day and you know you have a busy afternoon ahead but want to get that quick workout in, these 45 minute classes are for you. Similar to Combat Conditioning, we'll take the movements of Muay-Thai and Boxing and have you doing stress-busting combinations that will give you that reset and focus to have you tackle the rest of your work day. 2 classes daily during the week days. |
